Found My Animal’s leashes (or leads) are spliced and whipped (old nautical terms) using custom-made rope, an extremely durable yet luxurious alternative to leather.  Each leash can withstand thousands of pounds of pull (these ropes are normally used for dock line) and is complimented by marine-grade solid bronze clips on either end. Two adjustable, antique brass o-rings are woven into the leash so that you can clip one end to your dog’s collar and the other anywhere along the leash for a short or long lead. You can wear the leash around your waist like a belt, across your chest like a sash, or clip your dog to any object without worrying about the security of a knot. Each leash comes with an individually numbered, solid brass FOUND tag.  The tags struck us as a nice, tangible way for our customers to see the individual part they were playing in a larger cause.
